  • ICC Board of Directors IECC meeting 1-21-21
NAHB Meeting:
  1. ICC Code cycle Group A.
  2. ICC Group A consists primarily of IBC issues. 
  3. When the proposals are published by the ICC they will be reviewed by the committee.
  4. ICC Board of Director meeting 1-21-21 
  5. Voter vetting and the voting process in general.
  6. The NAHB One & Done program will be used again.

ICC Board of Directors 1-21-21
  1. ICC-IECC potential to change the IECC to a Standard similar format to ICC 500.
  2. The ICC Board meeting included a Public Hearing regarding the issue. The results of the participants testifying for & against was overwhelming AGAINST the change.
  3. The ICC BOD went into Executive Session to deliberate and will provide a decision within 30 days.
  4. Voter vetting has been a concern since the previous code cycle. This issue is being reviewed and time limits for registering to become an approved, vetted voting entity.
