- In the meeting we also shared the voting results for the AIM Patient Safety Bundle survey and announced that the Idaho PQC will start with implementation of the Severe Hypertension in Pregnancy Patient Safety Bundle. Implementation will start later this year, but in the meantime, more details on this bundle can be found here: https://saferbirth.org/psbs/severe-hypertension-in-pregnancy/
- Finally, we discussed the importance of making sure we are including stakeholders and partners from all the regions and backgrounds across the state. To help ensure that we are not missing any key stakeholders, we are asking for your help in spreading the word about the Idaho PQC. We have attached a flyer that can be shared with potential partners and includes a linked survey where they can sign up for communications from the PQC, including invitations to the Regional Stakeholder meetings that will take place in July.
- Here is some language from the flyer that you can included in your outreach:
- The Maternal and Child Health Program of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and Comagine Health have partnered to establish Idaho’s Perinatal Quality Collaborative (PQC). PQCs are statewide collaboratives of clinical providers, public health leaders, community-based organizations and patients and families who work together to improve outcomes for parents and babies. We need people and organizations like yours to join us!
-
- We are seeking input from stakeholders from across Idaho to inform the structure of the PQC and identify key priorities. To express interest in participating in the PQC, and make sure you are invited to upcoming regional stakeholder meetings, please complete the interest form available at this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/IDPQC_Interest.
