Problem: COVID panic hit mid-March and our SQLs and closes were starting to fall drastically.

Solution: Drew and I had a few phone calls to talk through our response strategy. What we hit on was the concept of "flipping the switch" in peoples head to be proactive in their response. Instead of thinking "I'm scared! Let's just wait and see what happens." we started writing and training our audience on "Lets see this as an oppurtunity to not just "hopefully survive" but to instead THRIVE".
