Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Growth Specialist to join our team and help us drive sales for our range of branding and marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other sales techniques
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand and communicate the full range of Workspace Global's branding and marketing services to potential clients
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns
  • Provide regular sales reports to management
Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales executive or in a similar sales role
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing concepts and principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

ASSIGNMENT:

Research:

Research and analyze the target market for Workspace Global (startups, SMEs, and corporations) and create a 1-page report on the common branding and marketing challenges faced by these businesses. Include data on industry trends, competitors, and potential sales opportunities.

Lead Generation:

Research and compile a list of 10 potential clients for Workspace Global, including the names of the companies, contact information, and relevant details about their branding and marketing needs.

Sales Pitch Development:

Develop a 5-min sales pitch video using Loom for Workspace Global's branding and marketing solutions, tailored to the specific needs and challenges of startups, SMEs, and corporations.
