7.2 - Chapter Probations

AIBD Book of Rules:
XVIII. Chapter Relations Policy:
D. The local chapter may be placed on probation by the board of directors for failure to comply with the bylaws and established policies and procedures of the national organization. The board will notify the local chapter membership in writing that the chapter is on probation. The local chapter will have two months to meet the necessary requirements and be removed from probationary status. Failure to comply will result in suspension.

Because the following chapters have not met during the first 7 months of the fiscal year;

Because the chapter constitution requires the Chapter to hold at least four general membership meetings each calendar year;

I move to place the following chapters on probation.
