PHASE1:  Rebuild the IND brand (8/17/2017 to 8/28/2017)
  1. Buy domain 1) igraphicssigns.com 2) indsignsandgraphics.com
    for Independent Signs and Graphics
  2. Design Today's Theme Color is Green - Eco Friendly Environment - ( Retail Space For primary Color =  white black and silver) 
  3. ReDesign the IND logo to IND or I 
  4. Redesign half page of the ads 5.5 x 8.5 inches with the new logo and update new websites
  5. Design New Postcard Front and Back
  6. ReDesign business card Front and Back
  7. ReDesign the physical store for the top wall - Banner size 43 inches x 14 feet 6 inches
  8. Design Four New Promotions coupon on the website 
Mark Required Tasks: 
  1. Need all the pictures of all IND's customers
  2. Need three videos from Mark 
    1. Signs & Awning Installation with Bucket Truck (1-2 minutes horizontal video)
    2. Windows Graphic Installation (1-2 minutes horizontal video)
    3. Banner Printing and Installation ( 1-2 minutes horizontal video)
 ( Mark need to send three installation videos as soon as possible to Paul between 8/17/2017 to 8/24/2017 to meet the deadline of the project)

PHASE2 - Video Editing:  8/25/2017 to 9/14/2017

Incorporate IND brand into the three videos that Mark will be provide once the project started.  

PHASE3: Website Development
Once we finished with phase1 we can start build the website for phase3)
  1. Build New Website For Ind
  2. Add Better Business Bureau logo on the footer of the website
  3. Add all graphics to website
  4. Update all graphics and new domain to all social platforms
  5. Website need to be able to upload pictures.
