***I created this document to keep track of the problems I've reported in Basecamp as well as the problems other campus have reported (related to Primo). Sharing in case others would like to add to this.****
SUNY Wide
Empty $$T field impacting subject browse
Issue: For some subject browse results, we are not seeing as many results as we would expect. This was replicated by Buffalo Status June 30: Submitted a question to Basecamp.
Primo display of print vs electronic availability for article content
*reported by Nancy B. Also noticed at Binghamton. When searching for an article in Primo, if we hold a journal in both print and online with different date coverage, it looks as if the print holdings display as "available" even though the article/issue is out of the date range of our print holdings. https://3.basecamp.com/3765443/buckets/5943881/messages/1159229639

SuDoc browse in current Primo
Issue: not working as expected. Ex Lib was contacted that they said it has to do with how we publish (published) records in Aleph. In order for the records to show in the "Current Primo" we need to republish them by resetting some things in Primo and Aleph to get them in the current index.
Rosetta Integration into Primo Waiting to see how Rosetta will be integrated into Rosetta
Special Collections / Reference materials shown as being loanable
Issue: some items that are not loanable are showing as loanable in Primo VE. Status: From DS: "Loanable" we may need to see about changing that to "Available" - when you "login" you see circulation for that item based on your type. Since you are not logged in it doesn't know your type so defaults to Loanable. example: The astonishing 12 inch people
"c.uresolver.getit2.item_list.circulating | Loanable | When the item is loanable (according to policy), the Policy under the item list will be Loanable."
Mapping Material Types May need to update: audio cassette, sound recordings, media, microfilm
The holdings for Fordham Environmental Law Journal in Primo VE are not showing HeinOnline coverage. The only holdings are for LexisNexis. *have seen other examples where holdings are missing
