Problem?
Customers have reviews in their google drive or phone screenshots, they don't have any ways to upload those manually in Feedspace. It's important for them to showcase reviews from past.
Solution?Feedspace to allow users to upload or manually enter or upload CSV file to import text, audio and video reviews along with images as well. Rich format is what is needed currently. Engineering team has started gathering insights around the platforms.
