Problem?
We got significant interests and requests from Customer who wanted to import reviews from VRBO. It was not automated, we manually imported some customers' reviews, but it's not instant.
Solution?Implement automated VRBO review import. Engineering team started working on to build our own python scrapper. Allowing customers to simply paste the VRBO URL, hit fetch reviews and reviews would be imported within fraction of seconds.
