Problem?
Text title and description is NOT enough to convince user to provide reviews. Our customer wanted an interactive or rich format -which is video in introduction.
Solution?We will add a section in Form editor to upload introduction video or upload GIF. It would make it more easy for users to understand the context behind feedback form.
