Matchmaking Meetings | Web-Conference System
Below is a test link to a web-conference room on the system we will be using for your matchmaking sessions (which have been scheduled for the firms that completed the required request/information form).
Join us for a practice session: USWCC staff will be available and in the test room on Wednesday, 1/20/2021 at 11 AM - 11:30 AM Central Time and then again at 1:30 PM - 2:00 Central Time PM to assist you.

Details for using the Matchmaking Meetings Web-Conference System
Meeting # and Your Name: Type in the meeting number and your name and click on "Continue."
Accept use of microphone and webcam: When you begin the process to access a meeting for the first time, your browser will require you to allow the use of your video and microphone. This usually happens with a small pop-up somewhere on your screen.
Confirm devices: After you accept the use of your video and microphone, you will be taken to a page titled "Select devices" where you can adjust which microphone and video your system uses. Typically, you will not want to make any adjustments.
Join: Click on "Join" to proceed.
Turn on your web camera: For security/privacy reasons, your webcam is off when you join the meeting. You will need to turn it on to be seen. Click on the video camera icon at the top center of your screen that is just to the right of the microphone icon. You may also click this icon again to turn off your webcam.
Test sound on/off: You may also turn off the sound from your screen by clicking on the speaker icon.
Chat interface: There is also a chat interface accessed at the lower-left area of your screen.
End meeting: When done, you may use the two icons at the top right end of the meeting and leave the meeting. Just roll over these two icons to view your options.
Dial-in option: If you need to dial into the meeting, dial 202-794-7725. When prompted, enter the same 8-digit number as used for your meeting.
Details for using the Matchmaking Meetings Web-Conference System
You will be given a link to follow for each meeting session along with the phone dial in information should you want to dial into the meeting rather than use your computer audio.
Meeting # and Your Name:Type in your name and click on "Continue." (The meeting room number should already be shown)
Your link should have filled in the meeting number. If not, just type in the number and type in your name below.
