Enabling High Performance Discussion

We don't always have the time to intentionally connect with our peers to grow + develop. That's why we have purposefully created this time in our sessions to give you an opportunity to connect and discuss your own experiences and leadership. Please use the following questions as a guide to your breakout room discussions.

First Breakout Room:
  • Have you ever been coached? What are some of the things you enjoyed + appreciated about your coaching experience? What are some things that wish would have gone differently?
  • Consider what you have observed of your team members actions/behaviors. Take time to discuss what their core motivations might be, and what questions you can ask your team members to confirm (or reject) this?
Second Breakout Room:
  • What outward question do you think would resonate the most with your team right now? What inward question?
  • Have you worked with a Problem A team member, knows they are underperforming, or a Problem B team member, doesn’t know they are underperforming, in the past? If so, share what strategies were used to successfully address their behavior.
