Happy May! Entries have are currently coming in to ARDA, and we are ready for the exciting months of May and June. We did have a few changes from our last meeting. I stated last month that we had not heard from our "builder" judge and that we were speaking with another candidate. That second was confirmed a few weeks ago. I also had a backup for the interior design focused judge as I was told by Tara Walter (the interior designer in Las Vegas) that there may be a personal conflict. She did confirm that and another judge was placed in her spot a few weeks ago. The two judges not previously listed in my monthly report are:

Kyle Ashworth is a real estate developer in the Intermountain West, specializing in resort communities and high-end residential developments. With decades of experience, his private firm manages land acquisition, entitlements, design, and construction, delivering exceptional communities that blend luxury with their natural surroundings.

Ashworth’s innovative approach leverages global manufacturers and industry leaders to create standout residential and commercial buildings. His keen design sense and commitment to sustainability ensure projects are functional, visually striking and environmentally responsible—setting a high standard in the real estate development industry.

Corinne Matthews is the owner and principle interior designer for Dream Room Designs, LLC which was established in 2007. She is known for her cutting edge and innovative approach to design. She skillfully transforms ordinary spaces into her clients’ dream rooms. Her background, education, and experiences have enabled her inherent understanding of space, color, design, and style that translates into every project. Dream Room Design’s projects have included single family homes, condominiums, builder spec-homes, model homes, and office spaces. These projects incorporate practices to reduce operating expenditure for energy, reduce maintenance costs, produce healthier environments, improve production, air circulation, acoustics, and reduce water usage. Corinne has been recognized for her work in Atlanta, New York, California, Florida, North Carolina, and Texas.

I will be setting up a meeting with all of the judges to happen in the next few weeks to update them with recent news, updates and specifics pertaining to this year.

Respectfully,

Brandon Clokey
