During the selection process, we want to get to know each other better, which also helps increase the likelihood of us being a good "fit".

Here are some links that will help you get a better idea about us prior to the interview process:

Next, we'll have a quick overview of what the interview process will look like.

Step 1 - Voice task

When applying for the job, please submit both your CV and a voice note through this form - https://fshb.kr/fZMa7, as specified in the job advertisement.
Once we review them, if we decide to continue with the hiring process, you'll receive a task.

Please know that CVs without a voice note will not be considered.

We will be reviewing CVs for 2 weeks, so you can expect to hear from us on October 17th with the next steps.

Step 2 - Task

The assignment is divided into three parts:

  1. Responding to an email
  2. Completing a small technical task that requires some research
  3. Answering two questions related to the job details

We provide you with 3 days to start the task from the moment we send you the invite and notify you via email. Once you start the task, you have 45 minutes to complete it.

There's essentially no preparation necessary for the task, as the questions aim to gauge your English and critical thinking skills "on the spot."

You can expect feedback on the task by  October 21st.

Step 3 - Second round interview (also known as WHO)

Who interviews start on October 22nd and will be open until the 5th of November.

After we review your task, if we conclude that we'd like to continue with the hiring process, we'll invite you to the second round interview.

The purpose of this interview is for us to discuss your CV - more specifically, your previous work experience and what made you decide to apply for this position. In addition to that, we will be asking some role-specific questions. The interview is online (Google Meet) and is 1.5 hours long, and we always make sure to leave space for your questions.
This interview is led by one of the Support Supervisors and one person from HR.

You can expect feedback on your interview by November 6th.

Step 4 - Third round interview (also known as the Cultural fit interview)

Cultural Fit interviews start on November 6th and will be open until the 14th.

This is the final step of the interview process. The interview is conducted in-person in our office located in New Belgrade.

The questions on this interview are more example-based, as we'd like to confirm whether or not we're a cultural fit by getting a better idea of how you handled situations in your previous work experience.
This interview is led by the Director of Sales, Support, and Verification Department, Tiffany. Beside her, there will be one person from HR and a Support Supervisor.

You can expect feedback on your interview by November 17th.

Offer

If our decision is positive, we’ll reach out with an offer. If you accept, the only remaining step will be a reference check. We’ll need you to send us 3 references (1 supervisor and 2 colleagues—they can be from your current company or companies where you’ve recently worked). This is important to us because it gives us insight into your work style from the perspective of your past colleagues, helping us complete our understanding of you.

If all conversations go well, WELCOME to the team and FishingBooker! 🤗
