The Business Development Specialist is responsible for supporting relationship management and business development activities. They identify new business opportunities, create effective business development strategies, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and strategic partnerships. They also build and nurture strong connections with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Do:
- Owning the customer acquisition funnel/pipeline, innovating and optimizing it as needed.
- Driving and project-managing business development sprints to meet quarterly targets
- Owning sales calls, sales conversions, sales scripts and strategies.Â
- Driving the prospect generation process using digital tools and community partnerships.
- Innovating lead magnets, offers and promotions to convert leads to paying customers without friction.Â
- Steering brand marketing and community-building efforts to align with prospect and lead generation strategies.Â
- Organizing and attending online/in-person events to generate leads.Â
- Sourcing and managing partnership relationships for lead generation, customer acquisition and competitive advantage.Â
- Analyzing data regarding our customer acquisition performance to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.Â
- Market research and assessment to direct our efforts in new geographic markets or verticals.
- On a few occasions, sourcing tenders and building proposals for creative projects from global organizations.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales
- Proven experience in executing successful business development initiatives.
- Demonstrated presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Project management skills with the ability to oversee the implementation of new processes.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from data and market analysis.
- Collaborative and adaptable nature to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proactivity, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and entrepreneurial environment.

- You demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to identifying and capitalizing on market trends.
- You have experience implementing and optimizing CRM systems for business development.
- You bring creative ideas for developing and nurturing long-term client relationship
Salary Range: GH¢3,000 - GH¢4,000
