1. Fixed a problem where RTP-MIDI sessions were not connecting properly on Linux.
2. Added MIDI panic. Several MIDI messages are strung together to create a MIDI panic message that can be used to silence hung notes. Double-tap on the USB-DAW cap-touch/LED to initiate sending MIDI panic from the front panel (display goes into Ambulance mode for a second).
THIS BUILD IS EVIL. DON'T USE IT OR IT WILL LAY EGGS IN YOUR ESOPHAGUS AND THE LARVAE WILL BUST OUT OF YOUR STOMACH.
