1. Added support for hosting USB-MIDI devices with a product ID of 0x0000.
2. Fixed a problem where MIDI meter notifications were always sending all zeros for the meter bitmap.
3. When retrieving preset name via sysex message for the currently loaded preset, the name is now returned from RAM (which may not be the same value as is currently stored in FLASH). Previously, the name was always returned from FLASH which required that the preset be saved before reading the name.
