5.07 FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT 4-1-26

The finance committee met on March 26, 2026, and discussed the overall budget and current financial condition. Steve reviewed the budget again and managed to reduce some costs to help us operate within our current revenue, but there is still work to be done. Brandon Clokey made two suggestions: one to start advertising in our magazine to generate another revenue stream, and the second was the proposal made by Chip Hudson several months ago about partnering with AIBD to offer plan sales, with AIBD sharing a portion of the sales. Both ideas were well received, and we agreed to pursue them further. We welcome any other ideas or suggestions, as there is no single right answer—only that we need to get our operations within our means sooner rather than later. Thank you.
