2026–2027 LEADERSHIP & ACTION FRAMEWORK

One of the things that I, and many of you have heard, is that many feel the Board of Directors and our staff often appear to not have a solid direction or path forward. I also agree that in some cases our committees have struggled as a result of this opinion. Over the last several weeks, I have been creating a document that specifically addresses those concerns. The Leadership and Action Framework will serve as my official vision and map for what we do over the next year. It includes rationale and clear directives for each committee. I have spoken with the respective Chairs and will be working closely with them to ensure they have the tools they need to do their part. With any map, there may be unplanned detours. This, is no different. But with a single aligned vision, each of us will do our part to be a successful Board and AIBD Leadership Team.
