    • According to bylaw 9.1:
      Amendments must be received by the board at least 7 days before being voted on and should be published by the Executive Board at least 6 days before. Amendments to the proposed amendments can also be submitted. These must be received at least 3 days before voting, and published at least 2 days before.
    • No amendments have been received or published in this time frame.
  5. Election of:
    1. 4 to 7 members of the Executive Board.
    2. 3 members of the Advisory Board.
  6. Election of 2 auditors
  7. Any other business
