Council mentioned their work with other universities and looking into sponsorship deals for the Council and events that are hosted at ITU. Student Council does alot of adhoc reading and responding to email requests from students.

A mistake was made in the last funding round where the donations for 2025 was given in 2024 so no funding was given for the year 2025

1727 Question from the audience: why is the result from this year so negative compared to last year.
An answer was given that the donations from fiscal year 2025 was given in 2024 so the income statement for year 2025 was significantly lower than last year.
1730: question: has the board received 2026 funding? Answer from the board: the funding will be given to the new board on March 31th 2026

Treasurer, President and Executive Board members.
The roles of the Executive Board members and there areas of responsibility are discussed once the board is formed as are assigned by the new board.
President and treasurer role is decided by the elected board.

Notion from the audience to not discuss new by laws since the by laws where not published on time to be reviewed during the general assembly.
1739 it was noted that by laws should not be shown before voting on whether or not to vote on by laws now.
1740 it was decided not to vote on by laws and instead host a extraordinary assembly to vote on the bylaws after the formation of the board.
No official count was given but an obvious majority was shown.
