1710: ayushmaan introduction to the general Assembly for and current student board. 

For this election there will be 7 people in the board but 8 people will be running so an election has to be held. 

1712 introduction to Advisory Board and their roles 

1712 this years student Council work 

- running board of studies and SAT elections 
- new student council website 
- new t shirts to come was worked on for this year 
- new board could continue on the t-shirt project 
-Make over of the reading Hall, this was an inherited project from the previous year but this task has not been finished in this round of the board 
- trip to Folkemødet 

1717 Overview of funding report 

Council mentioned their work with other universities and looking into sponsorship deals for the Council and events that are hosted at ITU. Student Council does alot of adhoc reading and responding to email requests from students. 

1718 Overview of annual report 
Council review the financial results of the fiscal years 2024 through 2025 

A mistake was made in the last funding round where the donations for 2025 was given in 2024 so no funding was given for the year 2025 

Overview of the salary costs for the board

Overview of office costs (studen organisations rental of offices or other spaces) 

Overview of marketing and travel expenses 

Overview of administrative expenses. 

1727 Question from the audience: why is the result from this year so negative compared to last year. 

An answer was given that the donations from fiscal year 2025 was given in 2024 so the income statement for year 2025 was significantly lower than last year. 

1730: question: has the board received 2026 funding? Answer from the board: the funding will be given to the new board on March 31th 2026

1731: Overview of student council roles. 
Treasurer, President and Executive Board members.

The roles of the Executive Board members and there areas of responsibility are discussed once the board is formed as are assigned by the new board. 

President and treasurer role is decided by the elected board. 

1737 open round for questions to the board. 
Notion from the audience to not discuss new by laws since the by laws where not published on time to be reviewed during the general assembly. 

1739 it was noted that by laws should not be shown before voting on whether or not to vote on by laws now. 

1740 it was decided not to vote on by laws and instead host a extraordinary assembly to vote on the bylaws after the formation of the board. 

No official count was given but an obvious majority was shown. 

1742 introduction to the voting procedure: 

7 votes can be cast by each general assembly participant. 

Questions: 
will the election results be shown now? Answer: yes 
What if the chair of an organization has not been chose, which member should be elected to the advisory board, current chair or some other person 

1750: election starts 

1805 individual presentations conclude 

10 minutes break 

1819 voting begins

The rules: you can vote for 7 people the board recommends using all 7 votes. 

In case of a tie a revote occurs. 

1836 new board is chosen
