can't eat that stuff! so processed and ALL that plastic they package it in at Costco, etc.... But I guess we have to start somewhere???

This is great, and I love how it ties together land use issues from so much land being used for growing meat to biodiversity loss. The project in Arkansas reminded me of a book I read awhile back by Isabella Tree, Wilding: the return of nature to a British farm. There's a great short video of it here. There's now also a movie that's out in British theaters that I would love to see sometime. One of the more inspiring books I've read.
