Problem: We didn't have a reliable way to know about the wins our clients were experiencing. We hear about the negatives, but didn't have a mechanism to collect the wins. Without that it can become discouraging for the coaching team and can cause issues with clients if they aren't stopping to smell the roses and celebrate regularly.
Solution: The 3 of us, and myself, put our heads together and came up with a super simple solution for this...
A action item that shows up in every client's dashboard on Mondays that asks them to tell us about one win from the previous week.

Results? In the first 5 days since this went live we've collected 106 wins!! So amazing!!!
This is going to expand rapidly and eventually impact every corner of the company in amazing ways. So many ideas and things we can do with this.
In fact, there were so many wins that has agreed to become a coach and handle responding to these, affirm the clients and catalog them all so sales and marketing can use them to show perspective clients.
