AWG 8/8/18 meeting
Gail Pawlowski from OLIS has joined our group, she has experience with the Oracle BI systems and can write SQL.
SUNY now has a folder in the CZ to save reports that we don't want to lose when everyone goes live
There will be a meeting for our group and a few select others with ExLibris about the NZ. Questions are needed and can be added here. Ideally, they should be provided to Shannon in advance of that meeting. The group will review and discuss the questions on 8/22.
Several reports from the Community Zone have been save to Brockport's instance for ACRL. A LARS report is in the works. Wendi will ask Jennifer Smathers if someone on her staff can compare the numbers for either of those surveys to what they actually reported in the last couple of years.
Wendi hasn't been able to create a dashboard, but others have. Need to become mor familiar with the difference between dashboards and saved reports.
