NAHB CHBC has started to prepare a questionnaire for builders on the
use and offer of home tech. This will give the needed direction of
what education offers should be given. Also starting to work with the
Appraisers association on terms of how square footage is calc. and a
better system of appraisals of custom built homes rather than doing comparison appraisals.
