    This gives me the context needed to identify the highest-leverage quick wins and design the first iteration of your performance strategy around your exact schedule and demands.

  2. Phase 2: Intervention (Day 1–30)

    Implementation begins within 48–72 hours of audit completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient kickoff.

    We focus on improving the health inputs that support more consistent, high-quality decisions, using our proprietary chain:

    Everything is downstream from stable energy and focus, so targeting them will be prioritised.

    Consistent application and feedback during this phase allow the strategy to be continuously refined to your exact context.

  3. Phase 3: Outcome (After)

    We measure progress against your baseline using objective and subjective performance indicators, with the ultimate metric being the change in your profit relative to baseline.



  4. Phase 4: Identity (Day 30–180)

    If you wish to continue past Day 30 (recommended), we'll continue refining your strategy, building toward compounding performance improvements and identity change over the remaining 150 days.

  5. How do you measure performance impact?
    It depends on the risks identified during your baseline audit and your preferred tracking approach. At any given time, we’ll monitor around three to five key subjective and objective metrics, which take no more than five minutes to log each day.
  6. When will results start to appear?
    Outcomes are largely determined by three factors: the quality of your baseline audit, the speed and precision with which we iterate, and your adherence to the protocol. When all three are executed to a high standard, strong and measurable results should begin to emerge within the first 14 days.
  7. Will this work around my schedule?
    I structure the approach in iterative weekly cycles. If it doesn't map perfectly to your schedule in Week 1, it will progressively do so by the end of Phase 2.
  8. How much time will this take per day?
    I'll be designing for efficiency and seamless integration into your current routine. If time’s tight, the strategy slips in subtly. If you can spare 1–2 hours/day, we’ll go deeper.
  9. Have you validated that this improves net profit?
    Not yet. This advisory is new, but you can see how the strategies have delivered strong performance outcomes for previous clients here. Financial outcomes are not guaranteed.
  10. Is this a tax-deductible business expense?
