4.8 Resolutions Committee

During the year 2024-2025, only one resolution has been presented to the committee for consideration. After studying the accompanying information, and having communicated with both the complainant and the defendant, it was determined that an arbitration is ongoing. It is the policy of the resolution committee to suspend any action when there is any litigation in process. As there has been no indication that the arbitration process has been resolved, this resolution is currently tabled pending further communication from either party involved.
