  • Albany 
    • Second CHANCE Shelter - 1100 SE Jackson Street, Albany, OR 97321
      • Daytime - 7 days/week 8am-6pm
      • Overnight - First come, first serve
    • CHANCE Downtown - 231 Lyons St., Albany, OR, M-F 9am-5pm
    • Main Library - Tues and Wed, 10am-7pm, Thurs and Fri, 10am-6pm, and Sat, 10am-5pm. 2450 14th Ave SE, Albany, OR 97322
    • Carnegie Library - Wed and Thurs 1pm-6pm, Fri and Sat, 10am-1pm. 302 SW Ferry St., Albany, OR 97321
  • Sweet Home
    • Family Assistance and Resource Center (FAC) Sweet Home Shelter - Open on a first come, first serve basis. Contact for availability and location:  1-541-224-7503 info@facforthehomeless.org. FAC is currently working on getting their Sweet Home warming center up and running. 
    • Sweet Home Police Department is open as Warming Center 24 hours/day when temps reach freezing. No camping out inside police station but camping is allowed outside. 
    • Sweet Home Public Library open from 10am-6pm T-Th, F,S 11am-4pm. 1101 13th Ave., Sweet Home, OR 97386
    • Sweet Home Senior Center - M-F 8am-4pm. 880 18th Ave., Sweet Home, OR 97386
  • Lebanon
    • River Center in Lebanon operating overnight Warming Center when temperatures reach freezing from 7pm-7am. 
    • Lebanon Senior Center - M-F, 8am-4pm. 80 Tangent St., Lebanon, OR 97355
    • Lebanon Public Library - M-Th, 10am-6pm. Sat 12pm-5pm.
