Person-centred Supports
- The rights of our clients are the following;
- they can access services that promote, uphold and respect their legal and human rights
- they are enabled to exercise informed choice and control
- our services promote, uphold and respect individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision-making.
Individual values and beliefs
- Clients can access services that respect their culture, diversity, values and beliefs.
- Clients' autonomy is respected, including their right to intimacy and sexual expression.
Privacy and dignity
- We provide each client with services that respect and protect their dignity and right to privacy.
Independence and informed choice
- Our clients are supported in making informed choices, exercising control, and maximising their independence regarding our services.
Freedom from violence, abuse, neglect, exploitation or discrimination
- Each HWH client can access services free from violence, abuse, neglect, exploitation or discrimination.
