If you are not receiving push notifications through your Silex R-1 Schools app you may want to make sure your device is set-up to receive push notifications.
On Android, you can customize your notifications by opening your phone’s Settings app, then click Sound & Notification, then the App Notification option and finally select your Silex app. (Note some wording might change between devices and Android versions). Now click notifications and make sure that the option to get notifications is turned on. We also recommend turning on the sections for previews in pop-ups and set as priority.
Once those options are selected, you should begin receiving push notifications whenever we send them out.
If you are not getting our notifications, you may also want to double check the Silex R-1 Schools app’s Settings section (last option in the app menu) and make sure that you have opted in for push notifications with the device.
