Please join us for the Patuxent Good Scouter Breakfast on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM at the College Park Marriott Conference Center, 3501 University Blvd East, College Park, MD 20783. This year we will recognize Marcus Daniels with the 2023 Patuxent Good Scout Award.

Marcus N. Daniels is a Vice President at NAI Michael, a full service commercial real estate brokerage, development and property management firm based in Prince George’s County, Maryland and serving the Washington DC Metropolitan Region. He has over 13 years of commercial real estate and community development experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants on the leasing and sales of industrial, retail, office, flex, multifamily, mixed use, land and specialty properties including churches, schools and government facilities. Mr. Daniels is a member of Truist Bank Community Advisory Council in the Washington DC & Baltimore Region and is an active member of the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC), the National Association of Black Hotel Owners Operators and Developers (NABHOOD), District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA), Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). A native of Prince George’s County, Maryland, Mr. Daniels graduated with his BBA in Finance from Morehouse College and was a Horace Rackham Fellow at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
