I get it. I've been there. I know how heavy it feels when you don’t know what to do next. 

I spent 6 years working in fashion, living what looked like a dream job. To an outsider, my life was glamorous, my job was well-paid, my social life was booming, and I was living in London. 

But the reality? I was exhausted, anxious all time time, and felt completely disconnected from my true self. I was working crazy hours, constantly on edge, and using partying as an escape from a job that was slowly sucking the life out of me.

Any sane person would've quit. 

But not me: a classic people-pleaser who didn't want to let anyone down, especially her parents. I didn’t want to look like a failure or admit that I couldn’t handle it. I’d spent years working my arse off so why would I throw it all away? It would have been such a waste.

So yes, I managed to talk myself out of quitting so many times (for two years, in fact) that I convinced myself it was just easier to stay.

But the burnout never went away. That emptiness never went away. That feeling in my gut that something was wrong never went away. I just kept pushing it further and further down and drinking more and more to ignore it all.

Eventually, I hit a point where I couldn’t do my job anymore. I couldn't enjoy life anymore.

It’s a mix of guidance, accountability, and support to get you unstuck and moving forward with a clear plan. Think of it as having your own personal hype-woman who helps you see things clearly and take action with confidence—no more second-guessing or going around in circles.
  • What happens during a coaching session? Get ready for some real “aha” moments. Each session is designed to help you break through what’s holding you back, so come prepared to: celebrate your wins (because you deserve to acknowledge your progress), focus on the area(s) that need attention, explore ways to move your life forward and commit to a weekly action so you’re never stuck on how to get started. My 5-step pivot method keeps us on track, but we’ll always tailor each session to your exact goals.
  • Where will my coaching sessions take place? Zoom, baby! As long as you’ve got solid Wi-Fi, a distraction-free spot, and a laptop/desktop, we’re good to go. No matter where you are in the world, we can make magic happen online.
  • How long is a coaching session? Sessions run 60 minutes, but go ahead and block out 90 minutes in case we’re on a roll. If the breakthroughs are flowing, we’re not gonna cut that short.
  • How is this program different to others? Simple: It’s a hands-on 1:1 experience with proven frameworks—and me, right by your side. This is not some generic online course where you’re left to figure it all out alone. I’ll be there every step of the way to guide you, keep you motivated, and hold you accountable.
  • What happens once I submit the application form? I’ll get back to you within 3 days (max!!) to set up a quick 15-minute chat. It’s just a casual check-in to make sure you’re all good to go, start the onboarding process and book in your first session.
  • How do I pay for the program? We’ll handle payment on our call via a secure network—debit or credit, your pick. If you go for the payment plan, your first month will be charged immediately, and then automatically each month thereafter. If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll hit pause (or cancel) until you’re back on track.
  • Shall I wait for a discount code for Black Friday? Nope. My rates aren’t dropping—like, ever. I don’t do discounts because it’s not fair to my OG clients, and the investment will only go up as I grow as a coach and my clients see bigger, better results.
  • I want to do the program, but work is pretty full-on right now: Girl, I get it—life is hectic. Let me know your ideal day for coaching, and I’ll do my best to fit your schedule. I can also help you juggle your calendar so you actually have time to breathe (and slay).
  • Can I do the program in less time? I know you’re eager for results, but trust the process. My 12-week timeline is built to ensure real, lasting transformation.
  • What happens if I can't make a session? Life happens, but I need at least 24 hours’ notice if you can’t make it. Otherwise, that session may be forfeited (sad face). And you can only reschedule up to three times within the 12 weeks. No-shows are an automatic forfeit, so let’s respect each other’s time.
  • What coaching qualifications do you have? I’m a Certified Professional Health & Wellness Coach, recognised in the UK and worldwide. In 2022/23, I completed a 12-month course with The Health Coaches Academy and earned a Level 5 Accredited Diploma in Health Coaching.
  • How will my privacy be protected? I follow strict confidentiality guidelines, meaning everything we discuss stays between us. Sessions are recorded for training purposes and are securely stored for our eyes only. If you’d rather skip the recording, just let me know.
