Who must submit: Applicants who have received three or more years of competitive funding for the same project being proposed.

Submission: Must submit an evaluation plan summary template, which includes:
- Alternative Evaluation Approach (AEA), or
- A report on progress toward your evaluation plan via FormAssembly.

Deadline: Must be submitted by the application deadline.
Key Notes:
- Evaluation plans are not required for applicants without three years of prior competitive funding for the same project.
- Enter N/A in the Evaluation Summary or Plan field of the narrative if this does not apply.
- Evaluation plans will not be scored and will only be reviewed after funding decisions.
- Use the evaluation plan summary template provided on the Notice webpage.
