10/18/19: See response to Inman article on Blue-lining

What impact will “Blue-lining” have on luxury real estate?  Was there any discussion of that at #LuxuryConnect?  

Author who wrote The Geography of Risk was interviewed yesterday by NPR and says $3 trillion in shoreline real estate (on Atlantic & Gulf coasts alone) will be impacted by climate change.  Author says many are used so infrequently he says they are primary real estate investments that taxpayers help to rebuild, in some cases repeatedly, after climate disasters.
