Thank you to everyone that attended our ID PQC Champions meeting today!
Here are some materials and next steps:
- The slides from today have been attached, meeting recording can be found at the following link: https://comaginehealth.zoom.us/rec/share/IfuiUmxf7E1dTzCIvFz1Ef_AYG4XBsBmFZzS_H1fcVq0XV5uM6G3yPvYYV0IBZY.PBd7BI6gBSP94NIJ
- The group had an initial presentation and discussion of PQC structures during the meeting, with examples of how other PQCs are structured. This will be an ongoing conversation, and we hope to gather additional feedback from the Regional Stakeholder Sessions coming up, but in the meantime please feel free to send along any ideas you have about how the Idaho PQC should be structured.
- Finally, we are in the final stages of scheduling the three virtual Regional Stakeholder Engagement Sessions. To make sure that we hear from everyone, we are planning three separate sessions that encompass all the health districts in the state. The groupings and timeframes for these meetings are as follows:
- Regions 1 & 2 – Week of July 10th
- Regions 3 & 4 – Week of July 31st
- Regions 5 & 6 & 7 – Week of August 7th
- Once we have identified the times, we will send out registration links and prepared language so that the ID PQC Champions can send out an initial wave of invitations to contacts in their health districts. We have attached a list of Birthing facilities in the state that is organized by health district, so please look to see if you have contacts or connections at the facilities in your area in addition to other partners and colleagues that think should be included.
- The ID PQC Establishment team will send out a secondary invite to everyone on our contact list and will include the registration links for all the sessions. Everyone is welcome to attend any session, so please feel free to attend another session if you are not available for the scheduled session for your region.
