5.10 Membership Committee Report

Good afternoon Board. Slow month for me the committee. My work schedule has been crazy, which is good for my office but bad for the committee. 

As we head into the winter months I am still working to get in front of local HBAs to spread the word of the AIBD and our educational opportunities, as well as the work Jack and his committee are doing to protect our exceptions. My goal to increase membership by 10% has kicked off by adding a couple new professional members from Indiana, with the hopes to add more. 

I am also planning a "Membership Roundtable" to get some feedback from members. I did one of these about a year ago with good success, so another one at this time seems prudent. Look for the email soon to join in and listen and/or participate.
