01:38:42	Michael S.:	A tip if anyone doesn't know: If you need delete or withdraw items (since you can't do it in Receive-->Manage Items), from Acq.-->Receive if you click on the PO Line for the title, under "Ordered Items" you see the holdings and can click the ellipsis and go straight to Items without doing a repository search.
01:39:05	Katrina Frazier (NAS):	I just want to add that I decided to use prediction patterns in lieu of the Ad Hoc method. I decided to go with prediction patterns after realizing that the description templates were very tricky.  We are finding that it is much easier for our support staff to manage. It leads to more consistent results and easier receiving. Prediction patterns are time-consuming for me to create but worthwhile for us.
