General Details: 

• UCS team members who should attend are those responsible for data migration decision making, those who will be filling out the forms, and those responsible for exporting or "getting the data out" of their current systems and submitting files and forms to EXL. 
• Please note that the focus will be on migration of the data and how data will be consumable into Alma (so not Alma workflow related). 
• Agendas differ from each meeting depending on ILS and/or past experience (Vanguard). 

• Attend or watch recording of the Test Load timeline overview from the Kickoff meeting 
• Review relevant documentation prior to migration meetings
• Post questions in advance of the migration meetings, in order for EXL to prepare. (Note: this task may be more relevant for the Vanguard participants, based on their previous test load work and outcomes).    

Meetings: 

• General review of previous III migration details – as well as discussion related to adjustments from Vanguard that will be needed for the upcoming test load. 
• Topics will focus on the file validation tool, migration form, field mapping form, P2E, the delivered files list, documentation and deadlines for deliverables.  

• General review of previous migration details – as well as discussion related to adjustments from Vanguard that will be needed for the upcoming test load. 
• Topics will focus on the Voyager extracts, the auto extract kit, P2E, documentation and deadlines for deliverables.   

• Review of migration details applicable to Alma existing Alma campuses.  
• Topics will focus on the Alma data extracts, file validation tool, delivered files list, documentation and deadlines for deliverables. 

• General review of previous migration details – as well as discussion related to adjustments from Vanguard that will be needed for the upcoming test load. 
• This meeting will address both the IZ and the NZ. 

• Review of migration action items and deadlines  
• Topics will focus on the file validation tool, migration form, field mapping form, P2E, the delivered files list, documentation and deadlines for deliverables.
