Managing multiple email accounts

Google's built-in account switching feature doesn't always cooperate with TCEO accounts. If you need to manage your personal account alongside other generic accounts, we recommend using the Chrome browser's People feature instead.

Using People you will have one Chrome window open for each account.

Here's how to set it up:
  1. Log out of Google and CEnet entirely
  2. At the top right of your Chrome window, click the button with your name or People
  3. Click Manage people.
  4. Click Add person.
  5. Choose a photo and a name to help you identify the profile.
  6. Click Save. A new window will open and ask you to sign in.
  7. Sign in to Chrome with the full email address for the new profile.
  8. The separate accounts will then be managed in their own unique Chrome windows. You need to be aware of which you're using to avoid things like adding an event to the wrong calendar.
