5.13 Resolutions
Dowdy v/s Van't Hof : The committee recommended that Mr. Van't Hof's membership in AIBD be revoked based on false information given and his fraudulent use of other persons signature and seal on plans. Mr. Van't Hof has been formally notified of his membership termination, and his right of appeal under the bylaws and book if rules. The committee is unaware of any further communication with Mr. Van't Hof.
Murray v/s Kaplan: I have received an update from Mr. Kaplan that the arbitration process is ongoing, and therefor we are taking no action at this time.
