What We Look For


1. Proven Follow-Through
We care most about what you’ve completed. Your application should include:
  • Specific projects you’ve seen through
  • How you handled obstacles and stuck with commitments
  • The real-world impact of your sustained efforts
Clear, concrete examples help us understand your reliability without extra follow-up.

2. Realistic Perspective
We prefer thoughtful realism over raw enthusiasm. Show us you’ve:
  • Researched the likely challenges
  • Matched your skills to your proposed project
  • Thought about what will keep you motivated
Applicants who’ve done this groundwork are better equipped to succeed.

3. Self-Direction
We don’t offer close supervision—and that’s by design. Our best Corps members:
  • Take initiative
  • Maintain momentum between check-ins
  • Ask for help when needed, and use feedback constructively

Our Selection Process


Expression of Interest (optional)

For our first cohort applicants: We'll notify those who fill out this form when the formal application opens later in June 2025.

Written Application

This is the core of our process. Instead of rounds of interviews, we ask you to submit thorough written responses demonstrating:
  • Relevant experience and skills
  • Project proposal with milestones
  • Past follow-through
  • Anticipated challenges and plans
  • References who can speak to your reliability
This front-loaded approach saves time for everyone.
