ChatGPT Work Instruction Prompt

Hi Sir Justin , it seems we need Premium account for the video downloader. 🙇🏻‍♀️

Was able to download 3 videos so far.

Let me look into it Jane im currently doing a prompt for ChatGPT Work and seeing if we can automate this process.

Update:

• Purchased a license to use the Video Download Helper extension for $17 (Lifetime)
• Jane is working on creating the articles and other lesson docs (working on Course 14 now)
• Red is helping out with the video download and upload (Course 1-15)
• Arnel is helping out with the video download and upload (Course 16-31)

Justin We tried ChatGPTWork, and its still wasn't really doing what we expected do plus its running an issue with Video Download Helper when trying to view the video (see response)

Since the 3 of us have the bandwidth to do this, we decided to just divide the work and get started with it.

Hi Justin , quick update on the ABHE Course Content project — we’re officially done!

We completed all 32 courses, with approximately 4–5 lessons per course. Each lesson includes around 4–5 documents and 1 video, all downloaded/uploaded and organized accordingly.

Here’s the breakdown:

• Jane – Created the articles and other lesson documents for all 32 courses.
• Red – Handled the video downloads and uploads for Courses 1–15.
• Eric – Handled the video downloads and uploads for Courses 16–32.

Everything has been completed and organized in the designated Google Drive folder.

We also tested ChatGPT Work as discussed to see if we could automate the process. It was able to help with parts of the workflow, but we ran into limitations with downloading the lesson videos. Because of that, we completed the downloads, uploads, and organization manually to make sure all course content was captured correctly.
