Daryle.AI: The Context-Aware Advisor

The Vision

Daryle.AI should not compete with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or other frontier AI platforms. These companies will continue building better models and more powerful features.

Daryle.AI should work beside those tools and provide what they cannot deliver on their own: trusted, context-aware advice grounded in Daryle’s wisdom, the organization’s knowledge, and the user’s situation.

Keep the AI and software you already use. Add a trusted advisor beside them.

Daryle.AI is not primarily another chatbot, fact-checker, or memory system. It is an always-available advisor that helps people understand situations, challenge weak assumptions, evaluate recommendations, and decide what to do next.

The Core Experience

Daryle.AI works in both directions.

Before the AI responds: Prepare

Daryle.AI identifies and brings the right context into the conversation:

  • Daryle’s relevant principles and decision frameworks
  • The user’s role, goals, preferences, and responsibilities
  • Organizational mission, policies, strategy, values, and knowledge
  • Project files, previous decisions, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • The current audience, objective, and situation

The user can review and approve what context is shared before it enters ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another tool.

After the AI responds: Advise

Daryle.AI reviews the answer and determines:

  • Is it accurate and supported?
  • Does it fit the organization?
  • Did it use the supplied context correctly?
  • What assumptions, risks, or consequences are missing?
  • Is this actually wise advice?
  • What should the user do next?

The right context in. Trusted guidance out.

Product Layout

The first version should be a Chrome extension with a sidebar that works across browser-based tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Gmail, Google Docs, Salesforce, learning platforms, and internal applications.

The sidebar includes:

What I See

Daryle.AI identifies what the user is currently doing and which content is being reviewed.

Relevant Context

The system recommends the smallest useful set of personal, organizational, project, and situational context. The user can approve, remove, or add information.

Core Actions

  • Ask Daryle: What do you think I should do?
  • Review: Evaluate the answer, plan, document, or recommendation.
  • Prepare: Add the right context to an AI conversation before it begins.
  • Decide: Compare options and recommend a direction.
  • Improve: Strengthen the current content or approach.
  • Learn: Help the user understand and apply content.

Advisor Response

Every response should follow a consistent structure:

  • Daryle’s Take: A direct assessment
  • My Recommendation: The advised course of action
  • Why: The principles, facts, and context supporting it
  • What You May Be Missing: Risks, assumptions, and blind spots
  • Questions to Answer: The few questions that materially affect the decision
  • Next Move: One practical action to take now
  • Sources and Confidence: What is verified, inferred, or uncertain

Recommended MVP

The MVP should prove that people want Daryle’s advice inside the tools they already use.

It should include:

  • Chrome extension and browser sidebar
  • ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Gmail, and Google Docs
  • Ask Daryle, Review, and Prepare
  • Selected-text and current-page analysis
  • Daryle Core
  • One organizational knowledge base
  • User role and preferences
  • User-selected project context
  • Transparent context approval
  • Clear sources and confidence
  • Basic privacy, permissions, and administrative controls

The first version does not need to recreate ChatGPT or build a full productivity platform.

The core behavior to validate is:

Will people regularly ask Daryle for advice about the work, decisions, and AI-generated content already in front of them?

Product Definition

Daryle.AI is an always-available, context-aware advisor that works alongside the AI and software people already use. It understands the individual, organization, project, and situation, challenges weak assumptions, verifies critical information, and provides clear guidance about what to do next.

Justin

This is done, I made a small pitch deck for the mockups. Here https://daryle-advisor-pitch.lovable.app but attached are the isolated mockups.

I worked with Claude on building what features it shows based on your brief. Here's what I put together. The panel itself I made on Figma so edits can be done real time. Just let me know if this direction is good or if you had something else in mind.

The general idea here is "it's not a common chatbot but and context advisor, it detects where the user is and gives advise based on that.

On these mockups are examples of use cases, A is analyzing a document, C is with ChatGPT open. B is the panel isolated.
