Feedback: 3Cs & 5Cs sourcing - guided question prompting

- The 3Cs (Character, Chemistry, Competency) and 5Cs (Coach, Connect, Catalyze, Co-Create, Conduct) are heavily quoted (referenced in almost all answers) above other articles that might be pertinent to the question asked. There might be a hierarchy with the 3Cs and 5Cs at the top and the other articles as lower importance. Good observation. We will take a look at the sourcing engine to see if it's simply referencing those out of convenience or if there's any priority. More on this later. 

- Regarding the previous point, if the Bot is provided with a "guided" question, the Bot pivots and accesses the "correct" article from Project Smart instead of automatically reaching for the 3Cs and 5Cs. Thank you for this specific feedback. We will look at your chat logs and adjust the prompts for those more general questions.
