Instead of "View Source" rename it to "Full Sourcing Coming Soon"

The reason we want to do that is we don't want to give every user direct access to the original source document as it could contain information that is confidential. So we still want the source engine to do what it's doing, show its tags, show everything except for that view source button. We can just rename it to "Full Sourcing" – coming soon.
