Troy this is a very important project.

The Daryle AI team wants to bring in a trusted third party to audit the platform. The document below is what the team put together to support bringing in that outside auditor.

What I need from you:

The goal is to produce clear, written parameters that we can hand to the third-party auditor so everyone is aligned on what “good” looks like, what must be covered, what evidence is required, and how findings should be reported.

To be 100% clear: you are not the auditor. We’re going to bring in an independent auditor to do the actual assessment.

The second document I’m sharing is a brief that adds more detail and color to what we’re looking for — please review both.

Our intent here is to define the technical-audit parameters and SWOT framing in a way that sets Daryle AI up for success and gives the auditor a clear bar we can confidently pass—without ambiguity or moving goalposts.

This is time-sensitive — I’d prefer we move quickly on this rather than waiting.
