Prepare tools and resources for projects

Before any project can be completed it needs to be identified and outlined. Tools need to be gathered and often space needs to be set aside to make room to complete the task. Ideally each project or task can be broken down into pieces that can be completed in a 2 hour block of time. To get this done we are gathering the resources needed to accomplish a variety of things.
