Minutes for 2/10/20
Releases:
- 2nd round of Ex Libris February releases have been completed
- Task Force members will check on their posts about outstanding issues to see if the problems have been resolved
- Initial testing shows that problem with Network-activated content for search only has stopped showing as result in PCI/CDI searches, Migration reports don't seem to be showing NA anymore, availability still a problem as of Monday 2/10 though better in COR, Credo/GVRL reference entries still not linking correctly
Training for SUNY:
- Task Force will prepare and deliver SUNY training on Friday, February 21 at 1pm, with a follow-up Q&A session on Friday, February 28 at 2pm
- Focus will be on Migration document, options for activation on e-resource records, how to test in Primo, known issues
- Michelle created Google Slideshow document and posted in Task Force messages
- We'll wait to create FAQs until closer to go-live, as system is still evolving
Other:
- Nancy will follow up on Easy Active vs. Fully Flexible decision and what it means
