Since our last meeting, I have reviewed and downloaded several management reports for this fiscal year, including the Company Overview, Sales Performance, Expense Performance, and original budget numbers set several years ago for comparison to the expenses we currently have. I am planning to schedule a meeting for June 24 so that committee members, along with the A team members, can discuss past and current expenses and develop a future budget that will help keep the organization in the black. I plan to make the reports available for download to members before the meeting, so they can review them and develop any questions they may have for the meeting.
