- As you begin this process, you will be asked to validate the email of the authorized signer. A validation code will be sent to the email provided. Copy/paste the code back into the form to open the contents and begin.
- Expand the sections to view the form fields and content.
- Once you have completed all required fields, the green submit button will appear at the end of the document. If it does not appear, scroll back up through the form to see which field(s) you have missed.
- Click on "Submit" when you are complete.
